The middle third will apply this objective to a topic or theme to the school situation. If strategic planning was the selected objective, it would be applied to some activity within the school e.g. strategic planning in the development of a ICT plan for the school.
As a result of reading this article the school leaders/principals will
understand the relevance of the use of wikis as a collaborative digital tool to enhance learning
Slide 5 - Define wiki as a digital tool that can be used as a collaborative tool for students and teachers. Diagram here, or a mind map of ideas presented where the learning achieved is the stem, and the branches represent the different collaborative facets of this tool. 'Shared thinking, shared planning and the creation of something new.'
Slide 6 - TL enhancing learning with wikis! Why is it relevant and what can it achieve? Include a picture here of a plane ( the sky is the limit in our growing interconnected globalised world), it will have to be linked to the ideas presented. Teaching of critical argumentative writing, critical thinking and interaction...all this within a collaborative writing context.
Slide 7- 'TL leading the use of wikis as a collaborative tool in the classroom. Example of its use in a classroom activity; concepts such as empowerment, connectivity, collaborative networks and constructivist learning, (or this might be added into the second slide 6)?
Slide 8 - " TL leading collaborative learning of staff. Example of how it can be used by teachers as a collaborative tool for Web 2 technologies. In a school in NZ wikis are used as a record of what staff have done with ICT tools. Can also be used as feedback about the success of Web 2 tools in a school.
The slides above are only some ideas that seem appropriate................they are a start,

I know that I will not be able to source all my references but it is important that you know what sources were accessed.
I also used snippets of Herring's text book for 501.
